Additionally, you'll learn how to establish a bond with your primary spirit guide and explore methods of protection. The teachings are primarily rooted in Peruvian traditions but are also guided by spirit.
We will explore the essential elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether, and you’ll learn how to express gratitude through sacred Kinto prayers. Together, we will delve into Peruvian archetypes and the initiatory pathways that await you should you choose to advance your training. A discussion on the sacred Mestana (Mesa) medicine bundle will take place, highlighting how it harnesses power and energy, enabling Q’ero Paqo priests to connect with Pachamama and the spiritual realm. You will also learn about the sacred Khuya stones used by the Q’ero for healing, divination, spirit communication, protection from negativity, and diagnosing health issues.

Gateway Level 2: The South

Explore the South direction, the path of compassion and beauty. Here, you will connect with the first three stones of your mesa bundle—your sacred Khuyas. This marks the beginning of your journey as a healer towards wholeness. As you shed old patterns and personal narratives that no longer serve you, you will emulate the serpent's ability to shed its skin, allowing for growth and renewal. This transformative process encourages you to release victimhood, pain, and suffering, paving the way for a vibrant new future. By letting go of the constraints that hold you back, you can fully embrace growth and harmony with both yourself and the Earth.
During this workshop, you will receive energetic belts of power associated with various archetypes, known as the Harmony Karpay, or Ayni Karpay. These are seeds of potential that you will learn to nurture and develop. You will also be initiated into the mesa rites, known as the Day Keeper rites or Pampamesayoq Karpay, connecting you deeply with the lineage of the Peruvian Q’ero traditions. Lastly, you will receive the Altomesayouk rites, also referred to as the wisdom keeper rites. While these are akin to the Munay Ki rites, Wayra has crafted a way to integrate them into the teachings without requiring separate Munay Ki training. Wayra collaborates with Star beings and the esteemed Q’ero masters of the past to transmit these rites, sharing her extensive teachings and lineage from her own mentors, including those who work with plant medicines.

Gateway Level 3: The West

The West invites you to confront your fears and reconcile your shadow self, allowing you to release toxic thoughts, guilt, and shame while letting go of patterns that have persisted from past lives.
In this transformative journey, you will partner with the energy of the Puma/Jaguar to explore your deepest subconscious fears and uncover the truth about yourself. You will learn techniques to clear past life influences and sever ties that continue to affect your current existence. Additionally, you will be taught how to hold space for others, assisting them in clearing their own past life connections.
A key component of this workshop is black stone healing, where you will utilize powerful black river stones (Hucha stones) to eliminate dense energy from the body. You will also participate in a black despacho releasing ceremony, designed to clear your path forward while transcending fear and liberating your fight-or-flight responses. This enchanting direction brings joy and magic to your shamanic path. In the North, you will learn the powerful soul retrieval process to reclaim lost aspects of yourself. You will also be taught how to hold space and create a beautiful white despacho ceremony, both for yourself and others, as a means to manifest a radiant future.
As you engage in this journey, you will reconnect with ancient memories and your bond with nature. You will transcend the limitations of linear time, freeing yourself from the past and stepping into a role as a co-creator filled with power and love. Throughout this transformative experience, you will learn techniques to cut energetic cords and release contracts that bind you, not only from this lifetime but from all previous lifetimes.
